Section 1

General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 477u platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the 477u website, mobile site, or any related services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services. The Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, and in any dispute the conditions set out in this document will take precedence.

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali. In the event of any translation or interpretive conflict, the Bengali version will be considered final.

477u is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible betting and casino service. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology and all transactions are handled securely.

Section 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at 477u, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date.
  • The account is for your personal use only and may not be used on behalf of any third party.

Identity Verification

To ensure security and prevent fraud, 477u may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If there is any unauthorised access to your account, contact the 477u support team immediately.

Age Restrictions

477u is a platform for adults only. This service is available exclusively to those aged 21 or above.

For ages 21+ only. Registration or use of the service by minors is strictly prohibited. If any user is found to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

We ask parents and guardians — keep your devices and payment methods out of reach of children. If you become aware of any minor opening or using an account, please contact us.

Section 4

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

The following methods can be used to make deposits at 477u: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 1 hour. The withdrawal method used must match the method used for the deposit.

  • Correct account details must be provided with the withdrawal request. 477u will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if account verification has not been completed.
  • In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, 477u may request additional verification.
  • The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5).

Average withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

477u offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

  • The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
  • Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳18,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = after placing ৳10,000 in bets, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

  • Each promotion may have its own validity period and conditions — please read the details of each offer.
  • Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts will result in account closure and cancellation of all bonuses.
  • If cash is withdrawn before a bonus is earned, the associated bonus may be cancelled.
  • 477u reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
Section 6

Betting Rules

At 477u, you can bet on various sports including cricket, football, tennis, and kabaddi, as well as casino games. The following rules apply to all members regarding betting:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless 477u approves it under special circumstances.
  • 477u reserves the right to cancel bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
  • If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded or rescheduled in accordance with the applicable rules.

Sports Betting

  • Set limits apply for placing bets across all markets.
  • Live betting is available after a match starts, but any attempt to take advantage of internet delays is prohibited.
  • As a general example — in a Bangladesh vs India match, bets can be placed on markets such as runs, wickets, or the result.

Casino Games

  • All casino games are operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.
  • In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the result of the round in question will be determined according to server records.
Section 7

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action may be taken:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus conditions.
  • Using fraudulent payment methods or using another person's payment details.
  • Attempting to manipulate the platform using any software, bot, or automated system.
  • Engaging in collusion with other players.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other members.

If prohibited activity is detected, 477u reserves the right to forfeit all associated winnings and bonuses.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

Closure at Member's Own Request

Any member may request the support team to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Self-exclusion and temporary break options are also available as part of responsible gambling — visit our Responsible Gaming page for details.

Closure by 477u

477u reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • Participation in prohibited activities (see Section 7).
  • For regulatory or legal reasons.

In the case of a fair closure, any remaining valid balance will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to prohibited activities, all balances will be forfeited.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal and financial information is protected by SSL encryption.
  • Your information is not sold to third parties.
  • Information may be disclosed where required by legal obligation or at the request of a regulator.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 477u will not be liable for the following:

  • Issues arising in bets due to internet disconnection or technical errors beyond 477u's control.
  • Loss caused by disclosure of your login credentials to another person.
  • Issues caused by third-party services or software.
  • Financial loss resulting from your own decisions.

477u always strives to ensure uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur during maintenance or technical upgrades. In such situations, advance notice will be provided where possible.

Changes to Terms

477u reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page, and the date of the last update will be shown at the top of the page.

We aim to notify members at least 7 days before any significant changes; however, immediate changes may apply for security or legal reasons.
